Cuvée ELISA - Vigneti delle Dolomiti Bianco, IGT
Light bright straw yellow, fruity and lively freshness, delicate aromas, and rich.
In the ELISA cuvée, a trio of grape varieties lend convincing expression to the terroir. They interplay to create a wine of incomparable complexity. Together, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Blanc establish a compact foundation in radiant yellow. The bouquet delights with notes of fresh grass and fruit aromas of apple, grapefruit and ripe apricot. On the palate, the cuvée is lively and fresh with a well-integrated acidity, pleasant mouthfeel and good length.
Manual harvesting of the individual grape varieties. Gentle pressing and pre-clarification by sedimentation. Fermentation under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, blending of the individual components followed by ageing on the fine lees.
