Intensive ruby red, delicate intriguing berry aromas, juicy, with grippy tannins, well balanced.
Bright, intense ruby red color with a subtly lighter core – a cuvée of indigenous Lagrein and Merlot from our historic vineyards. A fresh fruit bouquet of strawberry, blackcurrant and ripe blueberry. Inviting on the palate with precise tannins and a playful freshness and fullness. Our cuvée RÉNIER is succulent with compact fruit. A quaffable wine and a versatile companion to a meal.
Manual harvest and selection of the grapes. Destemming and mash fermentation under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation, ageing in barriques and stainless steel tanks for 12 months. Assemblage 2 to 3 months before bottling.
